Absolutely! Our wooden toys feature non-toxic finishes, and all felt items are made from natural materials. We carefully curate each product to meet international safety standards. For babies, we recommend our specially selected “Baby” collection items that account for teething and grasping development.
Do you offer educational toys?
Yes! Many of our products like the counting toys from Grapat or alphabet sets are designed to support early learning through play. Our “Educational Toys” category features items that develop fine motor skills, color recognition, and basic math concepts – all through beautiful, tactile play.

Where do you ship?
We deliver our wooden wonders worldwide, except for select remote areas in Asia and a few other locations. Whether you’re in a bustling city or quiet countryside, our trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) bridge the distance between our Melville workshop and your child’s play space.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two thoughtful delivery choices:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing. Perfect when little hands can’t wait!
- Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS (15-25 business days). Our earth-conscious choice for stocking up on multiple items.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your developmental toys begin their journey. Our team monitors each shipment – feel free to email us if you’d like an update on your growth chart or cuddle + kind doll’s progress!
Payments & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?

No, we never store sensitive payment details on our servers. For returning customers, you may save your shipping information for convenience, but payment details must be entered fresh with each order.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item doesn’t spark joy?
While we’re confident our felt toys and counting toys will delight, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery if expectations aren’t met. Simply email [email protected] with your order details. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For items damaged in transit or incorrect shipments, we’ll cover return costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your treasures find their way back to our Melville workshop safely.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 additional business days).
